Planned & Responsive Capital Maintenance


Our commercial experience means we understand the demand for flexible, smart delivery programmes when working on responsive and planned capital schemes. We are acutely aware of the need to add value through maximising gross lettable potential and providing cost-efficient specifications without compromising total lifecycle costs. Our clients include local authorities, private landlords, housing associations and student accommodation providers. Services include:

We provide agreed response times for emergency works and have a dedicated 24/7 customer care line and dedicated email address to report any issues. Our multi skilled operatives have fully equipped vans of tools and equipment allowing them to complete repairs quickly with minimal disruption to occupiers, thus providing excellent customer satisfaction.
