Projects range from multi-storey apartment refurbishments to luxury developments in central London and the surrounding counties for local authorities and private clients.

Planned & Responsive Capital Maintenance


Our commercial experience means we understand the demand for flexible, smart delivery programmes when working on responsive and planned capital schemes. We are acutely aware of the need to add value through maximising gross lettable potential and providing cost-efficient specifications without compromising total lifecycle costs. Our clients include local authorities, private landlords, housing associations and student accommodation providers. Services include:

Each project will be undertaken on an individual basis, ensuring we consider any risk to residents and tenants, particularly those who may be vulnerable. We have dedicated Resident Liaison Officers who create positive outcomes by arranging access to residents/tenants homes using our vulnerable residents procedure, identifying which occupiers may need communication support to understand what is planned to take place in their homes. We can offer strategic solutions by mitigating access issues, allowing us to maintain programmes whilst working in a safe and compliant manner.

We provide agreed response times for emergency works and have a dedicated 24/7 customer care facility to report any issues. Our multi skilled operatives have vans that are equipped with tools and equipment to allowing them to complete repairs quickly with minimal disruption to occupiers, thus providing customer satisfaction.
