Working closely with Westminster City Council to deliver integrated asset management services to the Council’s 22,000 homes.
This includes repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance programs, improvement works as well as undertaking gas servicing, repairs, and boiler renewals to 200 domestic gas heating systems.
We deliver enhanced service to supported housing which include Reactive maintenance, Disrepair, Void refurbishment, Electrical upgrade, Passive fire Protection, Mechanical upgrades, Tenant hall refurbishment and concrete repairs. We ensure single point of contact for residents and scheme managers through a dedicated project team. We also undertake strategic asset management surveys / reports providing details on individual property repairs and investment needs; communal block enhancements and provide a handy person service.
Our operatives are on hand as part of the Westminster on Wheels (WOW) mobile housing service, it has been visiting residents on their doorstep and helping resolve housing maintenance issues. Since its launch in April 2019, WOW has visited 27 estates and helped over 850 residents. Feedback received to date is very encouraging with 95% of residents said they were happy to have access to WOW.
